You requested authorization to place riprap material in approximately 585 square feet of jurisdictional waters adjacent to the bridge to stabilize the shoreline. This request is consistent with the terms and conditions of the Nationwide Permit and the additional impact is authorized. The original permit conditions including the expiration date remain in effect. In addition, the following Special Conditions apply: 1) Riprap material must be installed as shown on the attached plats. No material may extend waterward of the remaining bulkhead alignment. 2) Riprap must be of sufficient size to prevent movement from authorized alignment by natural forces under normal conditions.
