Belews Creek Steam Station — NCS000573— Stokes County
In accordance with Part III, E (2) of the above referenced NPDES Storm Water permit, the original and one
copy of the permitted stormwater outfalls is enclosed.
The period for sampling ended on October 31, 2020.
SW006 is in Tier III status for Copper and Zinc. Corrective actions have been implemented to bring SW006
into compliant for Copper and Zinc next sampling event. There was no qualifying flow for SW006 for the
October 2020.
