Dear NPDES NCG110000 Storwmater Permittee:
The N. C. DEMLR Stormwater Program has reissued General Permit NCG110000, under which this
facility is covered. Our Program posted the draft General Permit for public comment from December 1,
2023, to January 10, 2024. The new General Permit became effective on March 1, 2024. Certificates of
Coverage (COCs)for permittees who did not owe fees were renewed automatically. The attached
renewal COC replaces the one issued last year.
The renewal COC for this facility is attached and is being mailed out by hard copy to the Responsible
Official associated with this Owner Entity.With this email, we are also reaching out to permit and facility
contacts in our system as of 2/26/2024 so that the information gets to all the right people. (If any
