After sending the below email, I was informed by the Roadside Environmental Unit that the Permit Impact
Summary Sheet and PCN will need to include language regarding the temporary fill in the hand clearing areas
of the wetland. Please see the new sheets attached, and these are also updated on the permit application on
the website.
I apologize for this confusion.

The Permit Drawing Sheets 2, 3, and 6 of 6 have been changed to include hand-clearing in the wetland.
The drawings and the changed PCN page 4 are attached and have been updated on the permit application
website.
