This is the bridge we had the pre-con for last week where I found out that the Corps had changed the NW permit #
without notifying us. The original request was for a NW 23 so David had issued our corresponding GC 3891. Well, the
Corps issued a NW 3 and NW 12 instead, so I needed to change our 401 with the correct GC 3883 and 3884. I wrote it
up as a reissuance and gave it a v.2 number just to distinguish it from the original. One other option is to write it up as a
correction if you think that is best. Just let me know if you want me to change it. I’m planning on taking off most of the
day, but can make any changes next week. Thanks.
