You were present during the entire inspection. As discussed during the inspection, the new home was occupied January 2024. The septic tank was pumped October 2021. Observations noted the two chlorine contact tubes contained pool tablets. Ms. Caudle discussed the importance of using wastewater grade tablets. As noted in the 2010, 2014, and 2019 inspections the effluent pipe was dry. The septic tank and sandfilter do not appear to be impacted by the recent construction activities.
