Draft NPDES Permit No. NCO071706
Mr. Guerra,
I received the draft permit yesterday June 25, 2012. I do not agree with the increased montoring
requirements on the new draft. I would like to know how to dispute these changes and where to send it
to. In addition, my current permit expires on June 30, 2012 and I am requesting a 30 day extension to
our current permit during the public comment period or until our final permit is issued.
Sincerely,
Donald Fose
