NCG500000. We do not object to this request.
NPDES CoC NCG500374 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the permit file for the
Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first apply for and receive a
new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the only notification you will
be sent regarding the CoC rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.

See below email. Operations at this located stopped in June of 2021 and all the equipment was removed by November
of 2021. It was my understanding that the owners had taken care of this permit.
I am only getting this because my old email account was forwarded to my new employers and no one bothered to stop
this for me.
