Comment: The facilities permit expired 7/31/22 and a renewal application was submitted as required.. A
new draft permit was issued 1/2/2024 and was sent back to DEQ with comments. The permit is
still in process therefore the permitte should continue under the expired permit untill the new
permit is issued.
