Looks like you issued this one, so you'll need to prepare a Minor Mod to the Effluent Sheet (Typo Corrections) and send to the new Owner. I've placed the Permit File on your desk. Thanks. N From: Shellenbarger, David[mailto:davids(o)cityofgastonia.com1 Sent: Friday, August 19, 2011 8:52 AM To: Vinzani, Gil Subject: Eagle Road WWTP NPDES Permit NC0006033 We had recently put in a change of ownership request for NPDES Permit NC0006033, to go along with a merger of the Town of Cramerton and City of Gastonia's water and wastewater utilities. We have noted that within the existing permit (in the Town of Cramerton's name), the "notes" (#4-7)on the limits page do not correspond correctly. I don't know whether you are handling this request, but If you would pass it along so it can get corrected in the new version, we would appreciate it.
