NPDES Permit NC0006033
Eagle Road VVVVI?
Gaston County
Dear Mr. Shellenbarger.
Dee Freeman
Secretary
On February 10, 2008, the Division of Water Quality issued NPDES Permit No. NC0006033 to the Town of
Cramerton. It has been brought to our attention that several footnotes on the Effluent Page do not correspond correctly.
Please insert the enclosed corrected Effluent Page and discard the old page. This permit modification becomes effective on
the effective date of the permit.
All other terms and conditions in the original permit remain unchanged and in full effect. These modifications are
issued pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1 and the Memorandum of Agreement
between North Carolina and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency dated December 6, 1983.
If any parts, measurement frequencies or sampling requirements contained in this modification are unacceptable to
you, you have the right to an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within thirty (30) days following receipt of this letter.
This request must be in the form of a written petition, conforming to Chapter 150B of the North Carolina General Statutes,
and filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings, Post Office Drawer 11666, Raleigh, North Carolina 27604. Unless such
demand is made, this decision shall be final and binding. If you have any questions concerning this permit, please contact
Sergei Chernikov at telephone number (919) 807-6393.
Sincerely,
Coleen H. Sullins

Sergei- please coordinate with Dina- I think she will be doing an Ownership change, but new Owner has identified
several Footnote errors in the existing Permit NC0006033. Looks like you issued this one, so you'll need to prepare a
Minor Mod to the Effluent Sheet (Typo Corrections) and send to the new Owner. I've placed the Permit File on your
desk. Thanks.

FYI - Looks like the footnotes need correcting while we handle their change of ownership.

We had recently put in a change of ownership request for NPDES Permit NC0006033, to go along with a merger of the
Town of Cramerton and City of Gastonia's water and wastewater utilities. We have noted that within the existing permit
(in the Town of Cramerton's name), the "notes" (#4-7)on the limits page do not correspond correctly. I don't know
whether you are handling this request, but If you would pass it along so it can get corrected in the new version, we
would appreciate it.
Thanks,
David Shellenbarger
