Box 29535 Raleigh, N.C. 27626 Dear Mr. Goodrich: Reference our telephone conversation week ending 2/21/97. Per our discussion, please find the nitrogen/phosphorus sampling results for last year. Also, we have contracted Parson's Engineering as a consulting firm to advise us on retrofitting the Waste Treatment Plant to meet state requirements of a monthly average TP limit of 1.0 mg/l, and a summertime TN limit of 6 mg/l. We realize that the nutrient study should be completed by November 1, 1999. A task/time schedule is attached. Feel free to call me with any questions, Sincerely, p'f Robert G.
