A review of the December 2023 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the subject facility revealed the
violation(s) indicated below:

Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. The Division of
Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations. If the violations are of a
continuing nature, not related to operation and/or maintenance problems, and you anticipate remedial
construction activities, then you may wish to consider applying for a Special Order by Consent (SOC).
As noted within the permit, which was issued February 1, 2021, and expires August 31, 2025, three Effluent
Pollutant Scans must be obtained over the term of the permit. Technically, samples were required to have been
obtained in 2022, 2023 and 2024 at the same time quarterly toxicity samples are obtained and must represent
seasonal variation (i.e., do not sample in the same quarter every year). Please keep in mind that a permit renewal
application is due to be submitted by six months prior to the permit expiration date and that chronic toxicity
samples are required to be obtained in the months of March, June, September and December.
