O'Connor Single Family Residence Certificate of Coverage No. NCG550187 Davidson County Dear Mr. O'Connor: On February 26, 2024, Division of Water Resources staff Caitlin Caudle conducted a routine compliance inspection of the wastewater system serving 2100 Laura Lane. You were present during the entire inspection. The inspection noted that the single chlorinator tube could not be located. The 2019 inspection noted that the chlorinator tube was broken by a tree. The chlorinator tube needs to be located and repaired, and wastewater grade calcium hypochlorite tablets placed in the tubes. The outfall could not be located as it is likely submerged underwater, per a previous staff report. Please notify our office once the chlorinator tube is repaired.
