To Whom It May Concern:
The wastewater septic system at the above address is a treatment system permitted under
North Carolina General Discharge Permit NCG550642. The treatment system is due for an
inspection by the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR). Inspections will be conducted in your
area, and I will stop by your residence on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 (weather permitting).

to discuss the required inspection. If you reside in the home and are not the
property/homeowner (i.e. you are renting), please provide this letter and my contact
information to the property owner, so that contact can be made.
Permitted wastewater treatment systems that are inaccessible for DWR inspection may be a
violation of the General Wastewater Permit.
