This email is to notify you that your application for KEYSTONE @ JAMES LANDING, PHASE 2 was not accepted for the
following reason:
D9. The NOI certification form shows W. Scott Wallace's signature as "Karen M. Grant."
If Karen M. Grant is signing on behalf of W. Scott Wallace, her name should go on the authorized individual line. She
should also select the "authorized responsible person" button on Tab E of the NCG01 application (eNOI) and list her
name on the "Type Name" line and her title on the "Title" line.
If W. Scott Wallace will be certifying the forms, the NCG01 application should remain as -is but on the NOI certification
form, his name should be removed from the authorized individual line (the line should be blank) and he will need to sign
the form instead of Karen M. Grant.
Please submit a new NCI. To auto -populate the new NCI, select'Yes' for the first question & enter NOI number 183830.
