Yes, any tree that would be in the new slope area. Right now, the embankment is
ver?cal or even undercut with trees right at the top edge.

Good evening,

In reviewing your application for the above mentioned project, I will need the following information to complete my
review.

1. You are requesting a 10’ x 570’ of additional clearance if necessary. Will you be needing this extra area and
reasoning for the additional clearance and will any trees be removed that are greater than 3” dbh and not
on the immediate shoreline. The additional clearance will be to regrade areas to a min 2 to 1 slope where
embankment is vertical.
2. I will need you and the owner to complete the Catawba Notification Form. Attached Executed attached
3. If the work will be completed by land, you will need a temporary access corridor. DWR allows for a 10’ wide
temporary access that must be returned to its natural state after construction. This would be 300sqft in
Zone 1 and 200sqft in Zone 2 for a total of 500sqft. Understood

Your project will be considered ON HOLD until I receive the requested information.
