Two things:
1) There is s?ll a discrepancy between the as-built plans and as-built calcula?ons for the roadside ditches (Plans
show 4:1 on one side and 3:1 on the other side while calcs show 3:1 on both sides). Revise as needed and
provide hard & electronic copies.
2) Please upload the electronic files for the most recent resubmission to h?ps://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/SW-
Supplemental-Upload (use SW4231203).
