indicated below:

This violation letter was issued on May 13, 2022 (NOV-2022-LM-0030). Data for four (4) Frequency Violations for
BOD, Fecal Coliform, Ammonia Nitrogen, and Total Suspended Solids that occurred during the reporting month of
March 2022 was forwarded to this Office January 23, 2024. The Frequency Violations and Monthly Average Limit
Violation for Total Suspended Solids have been removed. You are reminded that monitoring data must be
submitted in a timely manner.
Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. The Division of
Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations. If the violations are of a
continuing nature, not related to operation and/or maintenance problems, and you anticipate remedial
construction activities, then you may wish to consider applying for a Special Order by Consent (SOC).
