Inspection Summary:
This permit was established for use as a back-up permit in the event that excess residual solids needed to be land applied.
No material has ever been land applied under this permit. The class "B" material generated is either used for STA-Lime
under distribution permit WQ006245, or as a source under Permit WQ0016247 Synagro's Western Regional LA permit.
The City of Statesville is considering if they wish to retain this permit in the future.
