I’ve reviewed your request for a Water Quality Certification to replace (2) 42” x 30’ CMP’s with a 77” x 55” x 50’ CAP on
an unnamed canal to Juniper Bay on SR 1121 in Hyde County (WBS # 1.1048111; DWR project # 15-0963). Water
Quality Certification # 3883 corresponds to the Corps Nationwide 3 permit and is issued for this activity. Written
approval is not necessary for use of this certification provided all the conditions can be met. If any of the conditions
cannot be met, written approval will be required. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
