Subject: [External] Renewal COC Not Available
CAUTION: External email. Do not click links or open attachments unless verified. Report suspicious emails with the Report Message
button located on your Outlook menu bar on the Home tab.
A renewal COC for this permit(COC No. NCG050418) is not available.
Some possible reasons for this include:
Annual fees are owed, and so permit coverage for this facility was not renewed, or
This COC was issued after the General Permit was renewed, or
This COC is no longer active (has been rescinded).
Please review the files available in this permit file in our repository to see the documents available:

If annual fees were owed before but are now paid, please go back to the COC Request Form
(https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-COC-Renewal) and
(1) check the status of the permit COC by running the Permit Summary Report to verify expired status, and
(2) check the box that says: "the COC is still expired, but owed fees have been paid"
