Hi Brooklyn,
RDU had a project approved by us(WAKE-2024-00118) recently. When they submitted the application through the
portal,they were supposed to also push a button that generates the Financial Responsibility/Ownership Form as a
report. They did not. When they went to complete their e-NOI form,your office rejected it because of the lack of
this form. We have the information in our system as:
Financially Responsible Party: Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority
Financially Responsible Person: Michael Landguth, President&CEO
Project Name: RDU PE3 Expansion (120-acre site in Morrisville, NC)
The FRP(RO) has been identity-proofed and has signed an Electronic Statement of Agreement with us. Mr.
Landguth also delegated responsible authority to a Mr.William Sandifer.
We have since rectified this problem in our system. In the meantime, I am hoping they can upload this email in
place of the"Signed FRO"form. Let me know if you all need any further information. They should be able to
provide you with their Letter of Approval.
