DWR has received and reviewed the application for B-4948 in Columbus County. The PCN indicated that the application
was a courtesy copy for DWR, however our review of the application has determined that the project is over the one-
tenth wetland and open water impact threshold and therefore will required written approval from DWR. Please
respond to this e-mail, confirming that DWR has approval to debit the appropriate permit from the WBS No. provided in
the application so we can begin to process your request.
