This email is to notify you that your application for-lolyn Trading, LLCwas not accepted for the following reason:
The FRO form says the project's responsible entity is Jolyn Trading, LLC, which matches Wake County's SECPA, but
conflicts with the NOI certification form and the eNOI (Tab B1 and Tab Q.
There are two ways to correct this:
If you want D.H. Griffin Construction Co, LLC to be the project's responsible entity, that name and information will need
to go on the FRO form's Part B. The FRO form will then need to be submitted to Wake County so they can revise their
SECPA to show D.H. Griffin Construction Co, LLC as the applicant.
Conversely, if you want Jolyn Trading, LLC to be the project's responsible entity, Tab B1, Tab E, and the NOI certification
form (Tab D9) will need to be revised to say Jolyn Trading, LLC instead of D.H. Griffin Construction Co., LLC.
Whichever route you choose, ensure that only one responsible entity/permittee is listed on the SECPA, NOI certification
form, FRO form, Tab B1, and Tab E.
Please submit a new NOL To auto -populate the new NOI, select'Yes' for the first question & enter NOI number 182611.
