Dear Yz. I+elson:
The fiuul plans and specifications for the subject project have been
reviewed and found to be satisfactory. Authorization is hereby granted for
the construction of approximately 2080 lineal feet of 6-inch outfall to serve
Western High School.
The installation of this outfall does not alter the class of wastewater
treatment plant or the grade of operator required.
This Authorization -.Bo Construct shall be subject to revocation unless the
wastewater treatment facilities are constructed in accordance vith.the conditions
and limitations specified in Permit No. VC0045144.
Also, enclosed is a coo of WPC Form 150 "Cost of Wastewater Treatment
Works." This font is to be completed and returned to this office within
thirty (30) days after the project is completed,
