Highway 801 to the north to within 0 . 5 mile of the
intersection with Highway 601 . The Seawright residence
is located on the north side of Hwy 801 beside
Chinquapin Baptist Church.

PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
This application is for the renewal of an existing
permit for a single family residence. The original permit
was issued because the existing nitrification system had
failed.
No problems were observed with the system except that
no chlorine was being used. The exact discharge point could
not be located and the Seawrights were not at home.
It is recommended that the permit be reissued as there
is no other wastewater treatment alternative available at
this site at this time.
