Revised Authorization to Construct
Water Plant Wastewater Treatment
Facility

Dear Mr. Cox:
The final plan documents for the subject project have been reviewed and
found to be satisfactory. Authorization is hereby granted for the construction
of water plant wastewater treatment facilities consisting of a 113,000 gallon
filter backwash settling lagoon, dual 1,137,000 gallon sedimentation basin
drainage settling lagoons, inlet and outlet boxes, and miscellanous piping
to serve the City of Reidsville's water purification plant.
This facility does not require a state licensed operator to be in responsible
charge.
This Authorization to Construct supersedes the Authorization to Construct
dated January 9, 1980, and shall be subject to revocation unless the wastewater
treatment facilities are constructed in accordance with the conditions and
limitations specified in Permit No. NCO046345.
One (1) set of approved plans are being forwarded to you.
