Heritage is discharging to a zero flow stream. Zero flow policy should
be implemented. Facility should submit engineering report within 12
months showing no alternative to discharge. Recommend existing limits
for the first three years, then the more stringent limits for the
remainder of the permitted period.
Current instream data indicate "no flow" during this summer's dry period.
Recommend removal of instream monit. when facility agrees in writing to
schedule for removal of discharge.
Facility is meeting its current limits. Only one violation (TSS) was
reported in the past year. [CNkoQ(NC I-CTTE2 WILL Ot SENr]
Heritage should monitor for total phosphorous and total nitrogen.
