A review has been conducted of the self -reported Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) 5-Day Report submitted by
Cape Fear Public Utility Authority. This review has shown the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority to be in violation of
the requirements found in the subject permit and/or North Carolina G.S. 143-215.1(a)(1). The violations that
occurred are summarized below:

duration, gravity, impacts to public health, fish kills and other factors.
