Thank you for the explanation of the overlap of the construction and environmental permitting phases and the
stormwater plan modifications that have been approved since the original Phase 2 plan was approved on September 18,
2014. I've added the revised and approved stormvvater plans to our files. Please note that the 4O1 certification for the
subject project requires that you send a copy of any SMP modifications and approval to the Division before undertaking
the proposed modifications (see excerpt from the certification be|ovv).

In addition, the certification requires that you submit a copy of the SW plan and approval from the TOHS for phases 4 and

I think the confusion is that our construction project permitted through the town only consists of 2 phases, and does not
correspond directly to the phase numbers per our enviro. Permits. In any event, the above link will give you the latest
drawings that encompasses up to phase 3 of the environmental permits, but phase 2 of our development.

Attached is a copy of the 401 approval letter for the subject project. A paper copy follows via US Mail.
Thank you for sending copies of the EEP receipts for Phase 1 -3. Please note that your 401 certification requires that you
provide a copy of the stormwater management plan and local government approval for each phase of the
development. We have received the stormwater documents for phase 1 and 2, but have not received these documents
for phase 3.
