Jennifer,
Thank you for your response.
I understand that they are essentially the same entity, but it is still unclear which should be listed as the permittee.
Please let me know when you provide the rest of the requested information, otherwise I will default to the company
listed in the ePCN.
As referred to in your follow up email, we will proceed with the Delineation Concurrence as a part of this permit.
Best Regards,
From: Jennifer Robertson <jrobertson@atlasenvi.com>

Amber,
We are working on the requested information package. We will need the civil engineer to do the cross section
for us. Dependable Development is the land company that True Homes uses to purchase land. The
companies are located at the same address in Monroe.
Thank you,

Subject: SAW-2024-00213 Noah's Run/ Union County - Request for Additional Information
Good afternoon,
I have reviewed the above referenced NWP application will require additional information before I can consider this
application complete. Please see below.
Exhibits:
Please include a depiction of the proposed temporary impacts on sheet E1.
Please refer to Regional Condition 9 and provide revised sheets that meet the condition. Plans should indicate that the
culvert will be appropriately buried. I will also need you to provide reasoning for the proposed slopes, especially Stream
Impact 2.
Please also provide a cross sectional view of the stream crossings
PCN:
Could you please clarify the applicant? On the ePCN you have indicated the Owner (Dependable Development) as the
applicant but elsewhere in the package you refer to True Homes as the applicant.
JD:
Will you require a PJD to fulfill local requirements or will a Delineation Concurrence suffice?
Please provide the requested information within 30 days, or your application will be administratively withdrawn. To
clarify, if the requested information is submitted after the 30-day timeframe, you will not be required to re-submit an
entirely new PCN (unless otherwise specified). We will continue to review and/or process your permit application upon
receipt of the requested information.
Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
Thank you,
