➢ Existing Permit:
1. Pete Ostergard, a consultant employed by High Country Resort Holdings, LLC, informed the
Division that the site map in the most recent permit issuance is incorrect. He said that Zone 6
is depicted too low, and the zones are closer together in a line across the ridge. Please provide
an updated site map,along with verified latitudes and longitudes to the sixth decimal place for
each field.
➢ Operational Agreement:
1. The Home/Property Owners' Operational Agreement provided in the latest application needs to be re-
signed on the latest form version for this renewal. Please provide an updated and properly signed
FORM: HOA 01-20,per FORM: WWIS-R 02-21 in Instruction"Attachment E—Operational
Agreement".
D. Recommendations (Response not required):
1. Please designate an ORC and BUORC that hold WW-2 classifications. Contact Patrick Beggs at
[e-mail] for additional information. This will not hold up the permit renewal
