a site inspection was performed on the Riddle Residence project on January 26, 2024.
Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion was established and the permit is
closed. No additional self-monitoring or self-inspections are required. The project is
released and coverage under NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction
Activities is terminated.
