records.The electronic record will be stored in the Department of Environmental Quality's digital repository permit file.
The Annual Permit Certification must be completed each year on or before the day of permit issuance, February 8. Failure to do so is a violation of your
permitting conditions and is subject to enforcement action per G.S. 143-215.6.
As indicated in the Annual Certification Form submitted on February 1,2024,the project is not in conformance with all of the permitting conditions and
must be brought into conformance via the corrective action and timeline provided in Section E.of the Annual Certification Form.
