Enclosed please find the user permit issued to Apollo Chemical. This permit regulates the
wastewater that is discharged to the South Burlington Wastewater Treatment Plant. This permit
becomes effective March 01, 2024 and expires December 31, 2026. Please read this permit
carefully and retain it in your filing system. This permit is issued pursuant to the requirements of
North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1 and the City of Burlington Sewer Use Ordinance.
If any measurement frequencies or sampling requirements contained in this permit are
unacceptable, you have the right to an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within thirty
(30) days following the receipt of this letter.
The City of Burlington reserves the right to modify this permit as necessary. These limitations
and requirements may change at any time during the permit period as deemed necessary by the
City of Burlington.
