Investment Group, LLC for the above referenced project and a COC No. NCC192973 was issued on
December 20, 2019. The site was subsequently sold to Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group Inc., and
the Henderson County SESC plan approval was transferred to the new financially responsible owner.
A new COC No. NCC211825 was issued to Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group, Inc., on March 29,
2021, and is included as an attachment to this letter.
Termination of coverage COC No. NCC192973 must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of
Termination(NOT).
