Per Section B of DWQ Guidelines Regarding the Reduction of Monitoring Frequencies in NPDES Permits for Exceptionally Performing Facilities that you provided, the YVSA WWTP facility meets all the approval criteria presented. Please see the attachment and enclosed SD card which presents information and data to justify the request. If you have any questions or need further information, please let me know. Criteria Approval • YVSA WWTP has no civil penalty assessments for permit limit violations for BOD, TSS and Fecal Coliform during previous three years. • YVSA nor any of its employees have been convicted of criminal violation of the Clean Water Act within the previous five years. • YVSA WWTP is not currently under an SOC for target parameter effluent limit noncompliance. • YVSA WWTP is not on EPNs Quarterly Noncompliance Report for target parameter limit violations. • YVSA WWTP BOD and TSS 3-year arithmetic means are less than fifty percent of the monthly average permit limit (see below).
