sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. Project never started, landowner is not
building.

If all land-disturbing activities by the Financially Responsible Party under the above-
referenced permit are completed, and the Certificate of Coverage (from NCDEQ DEMLR)
associated with the above-referenced project is not or will not be used to cover other projects
then proceed to deq.nc.gov/ncg01 and file an e-NOT. Filing the e-NOT releases the
Financially Responsible Party from coverage and requirements of the NPDES General
Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities (NCG010000).
If other projects are/will be covered under the associated Certificate of Coverage, then
proceed to deq.nc.gov/ncg01 and complete a Modification Form.
