This email is to notify you that your application for Lots 30 and 12 Heidelberg was not accepted for the following reason:
A7/A8. The provided coordinates do not match the location shown on the uploaded site map or the provided address.
The easiest way I've found to get the coordinates is to enter the address into Google Maps. Once the pin pops up, zoom
all the way into it, right click on it, and another box will pop up which will have the coordinates in it. Take those
coordinates and paste them onto lines A7 and A8 of the NCG01. You can double check it by entering the coordinates
into the Google Map's search box and hitting enter.
D5. Please upload the approved E&SC plan documentation, which will either be a letter of approval or grading permit
(certificates of approval do not contain the information required for NCG01 approval).
D9. Please complete and upload the signed Notice of Intent (NOI) Certification Form, which can be found by clicking the
hyperlink located under number 9 of tab D of the e-NOI.
Please submit a new NOI. To auto -populate the new NOI, select'Yes' for the first question & enter NOI number 178658.
