Jay,
You will not be able to begin construction this week. I have not had the time to review this plan this
week and based on work load I will not get to it next week. Technically I have 60 days to review this.
However, I did scan the info to see what was included and I did not see an O&M agreement for the
level spreader. I'll also need a detailed planting plan that shows where the trees will be planted,all of
the species that will be planted, when the plantings will occur and when the one-time fertilization will
occur. Your attachment only said you'd plant tulip poplars and then "other 3 gallon varieties", so I'll
need specifics. After the full review you'll get an official letter.

he would like to put in the rip-rap deflector between the pond inlet and outlet before the rain comes. No
