and being in Lillington Township, of Harnett County and State of

North Carolina, and more particularly described as follows :
All that certain tract or parcel of land containing 95 and
i1/4 acres, more or less, in Lillington Township, Harnett
County, North Carolina, located on the Johnsonville Road
( now N. C. Highway No. 27) about 31- miles west from Lill-
ington, bounded now or formerly on the east by the lands of
W . A. Parker, on the west by the lands of W. P. Stevens .
Said tract of land is more particularly described according I
to a plat prepared by Russell A . Bosemand, C.B . , on September
7, 1933, as follows :

i ; BEGINNING at a stake in the middle of the newly built John-
i sonville Road, on the dividing line between this land and the
J. G. Layton land where the same corners with W. B. Stevens
land, thence South 15 deg. East 4070 feet to a stake ; thence

North 18 deg . West 3474 feet to the middle of the newly built '
