Please use proper judgment and caution when opening attachments, clicking links, or responding to this email. Brandon, I'm not familiar with the site except for the statement in your October 20t" email that"Outfall 1 is an elevated access with man-hole cover, unless there is below ground drain that I do not see." If this is not a final discharge point that should be sampled, then the site's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and on the ground conditions should be sufficient to demonstrate that to inspectors. i If past reports have been submitted for an outfall in eDMR, we cannot remove it in the middle of the permit cycle. A quick pull shows that there have been reports submitted for 001 (no data or not discharging). Is that correct? If so, I can't just delete the outfall from the system infrastructure. The best we could do is add a monitoring suspension on it with an explanation, and then the outfalls would need to be revised at the renewal of the permit. Is there a reason reports were submitted for 001 in the past? Or was there confusion about whether there was an outfa I 1 001? For the upcoming site visit, it might help to explain that we always entered Stormwater NPDES permits in our system with a "placeholder" outfall 001 to record the receiving stream whenever a permit was established. This practice pre- dates eDMR by many years. That's why it's important for permit holders to review the outfall information we have in our system to make sure it's accurate before submitting initial reports in eDMR. If outfall 001 is not supposed to be sampled, then please confirm so we can add a monitoring suspension (it would become effective on Feb 1). ARCADIS has listed the sampling locations as Outfall 2 &3. The software only has 1 selection for OutFall 1 without options for other sampling locations. So how do I incorporate the different sampling locations into this format? Should I make separate pages of Outfall 1 for each sampling location. Good morning, I wanted to clarify outfall vs sampling locations because from the schematic, it appears all outfalls drain to a point that leaves the property on Raleigh Street at the northern boundary through the storm sewer system. That final discharge point may not be accessible—so it makes sense to sample at the 3 outfalls indicated (especially to isolate drainage areas at the site). For each, we need the latitude and longitude (in degrees, minutes, seconds, please—not in decimal degrees. Converting will cause rounding difference when you run the report again), receiving waterbody(or note it's the same as 001), and brief description.
