Dear Sir or Madam,
The application for land disturbing permit renewal for the above referenced project has been
reviewed and approved by county staff. The new expiration date for the permit is now 1/5/2026.
This renewal does not change any requirement of the ordinance or your responsibility to comply
with it. This project will continue to be inspected for compliance with the approved plan and must
meet all applicable provisions of the soil erosion and sedimentation control ordinance.
The land disturbing permit must be renewed if a Certificate of Completion (closing the land
disturbing permit) has not been issued by the county by the new expiration date. A permit may be
renewed by submitting a renewal application 30 days prior to the expiration date and the appropriate
land disturbance renewal fee.
