Enclosed please find the additional information requested by DWR in the RAI dated August 25,
2015. The total imperviousness of the project is 95,832 square feet (44%) of the site. Also
included is an updated Existing Conditions map along with an updated Site Plan per the RAI.

Please note that the applicant has decreased the amount of stream impact on this updated site
plan from 130 feet down to only 100 feet.
Four sets of this information (including full-size plans) are being provided as requested. Please
let me know if DWR has any additional questions or if you need anything further. Thank you for
