The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on January
2, 2024. With the survey results, Jonathan Miller on your behalf requested an extension of the
sludge survey requirement for the lagoon at the Pig Life I facility. Due to the amount of
treatment volume available, and the rate of sludge accumulation, the Division feels that an
extension is not appropriate for the lagoon at this facility.
The next sludge survey for the lagoon at Pig Life I should be performed before December 31,
2024. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records for reference.
