North Carolina Environmental Management Commission proposes to issue
a NOES wastewater discharge permit to the persons) listed below. Writ-
ten comments regarding the proposed permit will be accepted until 30
days after the publish date of this notice. The Director of the NC Division
of Water Resources (DWR) may hold a public hearing should there be a
significant degree of public interest Please mail comments and/or infor-
mation requests to DWR at the above address. Interested persons may vis-
it the DWR at 512 N. Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC 27604 to review the in.
formation on file. Additional information on NPDES permits and this no-

requests to renew permit NCO085871 for its groundwater remediation
treatment plant located at 2000 Lowery Street, Winston-Salem, Forsyth
County. This facility discharges to Brushy Fork within the Yadkin - Pee
Dee Over Basin. No parameters are water -quality limited: This discharge
may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of the Yadkin River
Basin. DWR will consider any written comment on this draft if received
within 30 days of this notice. Aqua Not Carolina, Inc. [202 MacKenan
Court Cary, NC 27511] has requested renewal of NPDES permit
NCO063720 for its Forest Ridge Subdivision WWFP in Forsyth County. This
permitted facility discharges treated wastewater to Blanket Creek in the
Yadkin -Pee Dee River Basin. Currently, ammonia nitrogen, total residual
chlorine, fecal coFrform, and BOD are water quality limited. This dis-
charge may affect future allocations in this portion of the watershed.
