1a. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing project.
We have chosen the most direct path for the ada access
1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques.
silt fence will be installed along wall during excavation for sidewalk and all work that can be completed by hand
will be done to minimize the use of equipment within the buffer zones.
