Dear Daniel,

This letter is in response to your 12/4/23 letter to She-Can Company, for Rosewood MHP
WWTP attached.

Per your letter we exceeded the Daily Maximum Fecal limit of 400 #/100mg with a 9300
#/100mg on 10/19/23. Falling leaves clogging sludge returns increased TSS levels.
Leaves and debris in the chlorine contract chamber shielded the chlorine disinfection.
We cleaned out the chlorine contact chamber. The next couple fecal results were
compliant.
