I have forwarded your request for a construction permit to our permit coordinator Ryan
McCormick (copied on this email). You must have this permit executed prior to the start of
work within NPS lands.

Subject: Alleghany #61 Permit Drawings
Heath,
Please see attached permit drawings and SMP for this culvert. I also attached the approved CSR and 90%
structure plans. There have actually been minor revisions to the structure plans since the 90°/o submittal to
match the permit drawings — primarily to the last paragraph on Sheet No. C-1.
For stream bank stabilization, I subtracted the portion of proposed that overlaps existing. The culvert baffle/
floodplain bench sections on the CSR reflect currently proposed conditions with the exception of the
streambank stabilization. It has been changed to Class I, the geotextile deleted and no longer proposed to be
keyed in below the floodplain bench per Randy.
Please let me know if I can provide anything else ar make adjustments.
Thanks,
David
