FACILITY SUMMARY
Lissara Partners LLC operates a 100%domestic wastewater treatment plant for an estimated 250 residents.
The Lissara WWTP is a minor facility(flow< 1 MGD)with a design capacity and permitted wastewater
discharge of 0.054 MGD. The NPDES permit was originally issued in August 2008. This facility utilizes
the following treatment components:
• 1 — 18,900 gallon equalization tank with 38 SCFM blower and 2 HP flow equalization pumps
• 2—20,000 gallon aeration tanks
• 3— 135 SCFM plant blowers
• 2— 12 ft. square clarifiers with airlift sludge and scum pumps
• 2—8,100 gallon sludge tanks with supernatant airlift pumps
• Chlorination/dechlorination Tank with two tube chlorine tablet feeders and two tube dichlorination
tablet feeders
• Effluent flow measurement box with weir and ultrasonic flow measurement device

RENEWAL SUMMARY
This renewal contains the following changes:
• Updated eDMR language for electronic data submission in Part I. A. (3).
• Updated Map
• Operator Certification Program staff and Public Water Supply Section staff approve the draft
permit.
COMPLIANCE HISTORY
Lissara WWTP had six enforcements on record during the last permit period for BOD violations in 2020
and BOD and fecal coliform in 2021. The facility has been issued 17 NOVs for BOD, fecal coliform,and
total suspended solids limit violations and two NOVs for total nitrogen and total phosphorous monitoring
violations since the permit was originally issued in February 2019. The facility was also issued two NODS
for BOD and 17 proceed to enforcement cases in BOD and fecal coliform since the permit was originally
issued in February 2019. Most recent inspection(August 2023) showed the facility to be in compliance.
